I tried to update my software and was unsuccessful. What do I do?
The update process depends on the supplier (or brand) of the LightScribe enabled PC or DVD writer you own. If, for some reason, that fails and you are taken to a general support page, you may need to search for the LightScribe update by your hardware product name or model number. If you cannot locate the update, call your LightScribe hardware supplier's support center.
